Beti Krsteski is a workforce and industry strategist whose work sits at the intersection of people, supply chains, and long-term national capability.

Throughout her career, she has worked closely with businesses operating in complex, regulated environments, where growth is constrained not by ambition but by readiness, skills, systems, standards, and trust.

Beti has spent extended periods across Europe, the UK, the United States and Asia, immersed in the places where decisions are shaped, partnerships formed, and capability quietly aligned. What became immediately clear through that exposure is that nuclear is no longer a single sector — it is an ecosystem. It encapsulates energy, defence programs, critical infrastructure, AI and data centres, advanced manufacturing, engineering services, medicine, agriculture, renewables, and tightly regulated procurement.

What became just as clear to Beti— and far harder to sit with — was Australia’s growing absence from that ecosystem. .

Beti founded ANWIN to address a structural gap, not a capability gap. Australia has deep strengths across engineering, resources, regulation, project delivery and safety-critical operations. What has been missing is a coherent mechanism to connect those strengths into global nuclear-aligned systems as they form, mature and standardise.

Her role as Founder is not to determine policy or promote ideology, but to steward a credible platform through which Australian industry and workforce can align, prepare and engage responsibly with global markets where standards are high and participation is earned over time.

ANWIN is intentionally structured as a unifying framework enabling collaboration, capability visibility and informed participation so Australia is positioned to contribute, supply and prosper in emerging global industries without starting from zero.

The purpose of ANWIN is simple and strategic: to help Australian industry and workforce understand where nuclear-aligned global opportunities exist, how participation actually occurs, and what capabilities are required — before urgency, pressure, or crisis dictate the terms.
